Meet Your Instructor

Follow these steps if you would like to create a "Meet Your Instructor" block on the sidebar:

• Helps personalize the course, particularly if you never see the students face-to-face.
• Good place to outline any contact policies.

 

Steps:

• Go to your Moodle site.
• In the top-right corner, toggle on Edit mode.
• If necessary, expand the right-side menu by clicking the < button in the top-right corner of the screen.
  
• At the top, click Add a Block.
• On the pop-up menu that appears, select Text.
• Now the block has appeared somewhere on the right. Click the gear icon, and Configure.
• You can now title your block, and add any info and a picture.
